Wildcard different betwwen 1.5 and 1.4

Wildcard different betwwen 1.5 and 1.4

Why does
testtest !e:\*.lnk
show
testtest.txt.lnk
in results with 1.5 but suppresses them in 1.4?

Am I using "*" wrong? Has it changed in 1.5?

* no longer matches \ in Everything 1.5

Please try:

!e:\**.lnk

In Everything 1.5, e:\*.lnk would mean .lnk files in the root of your e: drive.
