Preview Thumbnails do not refresh

For some reason the video thumbnail previews when I click from one file to the next seem to be stuck on the first thumbnail previewed. It doesn't refresh unless I hit Alt+P again to close / reopen the preview pane.

What version of Everything?

(Perhaps vaguely recall an issue?
But things look to be working on my end.
I might have to mess around with Preview & see if it comes in handy?)

Paste this in the search bar and hit enter
/preview_release_handler_on_clear=1
I don't remember if restart was needed after that

I had the same problem before
