does not find partial name of supervideoconverter

Everything will find "SUPERvideoconverter.exe" but will not find this exe file with a partial name such as:
SUPERvideoconverte
SUPERvideoconvert
SUPERvideoconver
SUPERvideoconve
SUPERvideoconv
etc.

will not find supervid* etc.

Does find other "super" names other than this one file.
I now find many other partial names that will not find but most do.
Any suggestions?

You might have accidentally enabled match whole word (Ctrl + W).

To make sure match whole word is disabled:

• In "Everything", from the Search menu, uncheck Match Whole Word.

in other words, yup, dat's it.

Been using this forever and never used the match whole word, didn't even notice it. Must have hit it by mistake when closing a TAB in Firefox maybe (same command)
