Wouldn't it be better to merge File List Editor to the Main program?

There is File List mode (after opening .efu file by Open File List...) in main program. Why do we need File List Editor separated?

I did try this. However I went with the stand alone editor as they are two different things.

Everything is for viewing static file lists, file list editor is built for editing these lists.

Still, what is the problem the viewer will be also the editor?
Just to add Add Folders.../Add Files... commands
