Cannot find notepad.exe

I have Everything set for "everything" and it is looking at C: (Windows 8.1), yet it does not find %windir%\system32\notepad.exe (i.e, C:\windows\system32\notepad.exe) when I enter notepad.exe

Why not?

Can it be "fixed"?

That said, the beta, Everything version 1.4.0.705b will find it (them).
