How to make Everything start on startup minimized to tray?

How to make Everything start minimized to tray? I think I used to have this working like that but now, I would log in to Windows and Everything would be on the taskbar and its window launched.

Either use
Tools=>Options=>General=>Start Everything on system startup
or
create a new shortcut in Start Menu=>All Programs=>Startup=>right click=>Open pointing to
"C:\Program Files\Tools\Everything\Everything.exe" -startup
