Everything application window staying on top

When I double click a file in the search results list, the file launches in its app, but the Everything application window is staying in front of everything else. This is with 1.3.4.686. I never had this problem with 1.2.1.371.

Another new problem with 1.3.4.686 is that it won't let me assign Win-V as my hotkey for new windows. With 1.2.1.371 this hotkey worked fine.

I think I solved one of my problems. The View/On Top/Always option was turned on. Turning it off seems to have Everything doing what I'm used to.

I still don't know why I can't assign Win-V as my hotkey, though.

You're setting it in Keyboard -> Ne window Hotkey: ?

What OS?
Possible, there are certain keys, that Win8 pre-assigns that can't be changed.
