Can Everything keep multiple *.db indexes simultaneaously?

I want to run Everything from my USB flash drive on various computers.

Hence Everything must keep multiple index *.db.

Can ONE Everything installation distinct between different computers?

I found so far only one Everything.db.

Are indexes for multiple computers all kept in one db file ?

Is there a way to manually enforce Everything to rebuild the db?
