Looks like Windows 11 25H2 is no longer providing the original filename for the display name.
Same issue occurs in Windows Explorer if you open the path.
I'm looking into the issue and for a workaround..

Seemingly (?) it is fixed here,
June 23, 2026—KB5095093 (OS Builds 26200.8737 and 26100.8737) Preview.
(Also note, that Win10 is likewise affected.)
(And even with the Preview update, no telling how Everything will respond.)
(I've not run into such issue - on Win7

.)

This issue applies to:
Windows 11 versions 26H1, 25H2, 24H2, and 23H2.
Windows 10 22H2 and LTSC builds, and Windows Server 2012 R2 through 2025.
It's related to the
confirmation dialog displays an internal Recycle Bin filename bug.
The next Everything update will gather the display name, date deleted and original location properties itself.
