Everything 1.4.1.1032 在HTTP里下载MP4文件提示失败

使用的是Firefox 安卓版，可以正常播放，但保存文件、下载，提示失败。

I am using the Firefox Android version and can play it normally, but when saving files and downloading, it fails.

I'm unable to reproduce the issue on Android Firefox.

Could you please send a bug report:
On your PC, In Everything, type in the following search and press ENTER:
/debug_log
On your mobile, download a file from the Everything HTTP server.
On your PC, In Everything, type in the following search and press ENTER:
/restart
Please upload your %TEMP%\Everything Debug Log.txt in a bug report.

Please check there is enough room to download the file.

我无法在 Android Firefox 上重现该问题。

1、是在这里先输入 /调试日志
2、在的移动设备上，从 Everything HTTP 服务器下载文件。
3、回到这里再输入 /重新启动

是这样操作的吗？我这三步操作 没有 %TEMP%\Everything Debug Log.txt。

我开启HTTP 日志后，在日志文件发现 401

2026/6/13 20:37: 3328: 192.168.1.33: GET /D%3A/Games/Collection/%E6%97%A5%E5%B8%B8.mp4
2026/6/13 20:37: 3328: 192.168.1.33: 401 Unauthorized

下载EPUB、txt、APK是正常的，目前就发现mp4是失败的，但MP4在线播放是正常的。
