should I be able to interact with the History Search Suggestions?

should I be able to interact or is just a view?
I don't seem to able to keyboard down, tab, or mouse click on the Search History Suggestions, just wondering if thats normal or something on my setup

You should be able to interact with the search history suggestions.

Up/down should select items, pressing ENTER or clicking should activate the selection.

Please upload your Help -> Troubleshooting information in a bug report.
