This is nothing new, I've encountered this issue before. I think it's because their Defender database is not up to date in some cases.
I think the programmers of the fake Everything (Ev) are not very smart, because the original Everything’s size is less than 2 MB, while their software is over 60 MB. Everything has been popular since 2004, and thousands of websites mention voidtools.com as the main official site for downloading it.
