ini setting name

the ini setting: last_options_page
should be: options_last_page

I'm still using the old Everything 1.4 setting name: last_options_page

All the new Everything 1.5 options setting names use options_...

I would like to be consistent when moving forward..
I will rename last_options_page to options_last_page and add an alias for last_options_page
