Content Indexing Params

I'm setting options/filters for content searching..
Status update in the GUI indicates certain files are being indexed, when they should be skipped. See top right of attachment.

That file i indicated also exceeds my filesize filter.

Is this just incorrect on the display side, or is it legit, and I have misunderstood my settings?

Everything treats content as a property internally.

Please check if you are also indexing any properties under Tools -> Options -> Properties.

The status at the top right will show progress for all properties. (not just content)
