I did some search from an Android tablet. I added the folders. It works OK.
I closed Everything, I removed the tablet, I opened the program -> the tablet files are listed.
I did a forced rebuild. The files are still listed.
This is the correct behavior?

Yes, this is expected.
Everything does not automatically remove offline folder indexes.
Forcing a rebuild will keep your existing offline folder indexes.
