I don't know how difficult it is to search into local files
Those are all plain text files as far as I know
Is it possible to interact everything with a batch file ?
Is it possible to search steam library with everything ? Using local library metadata ?

To search file content:
Search -> Advanced Search -> A word or phrase in the file.
File content is not indexed. Combine with other filters for the best performance.
To call Everything from a BAT file:
Command Line Interface
