Open and Set Folder Bar : shift-drop on search/status bar

Another quick idea.
Currently you can drag an item over the search or status bar and it sets the search.
* My suggestion is that if you shift drop it then it instead shows the Folder bar (if not open) and sets the folder position to the dropped item's folder.
Currently you have to do View - Folders and then drag the file over the tiny Folder bar title, but I think this idea would be much more fluent especially as it's a common task.

I will consider a Shift + drop action to set the selection in the folder sidebar.

For now, please consider creating an "Explore in Everything" folder context menu item.
