Where / how can one change the selection colour?

I want to get it / a colour more intensive, more recognizable. I often can't see it.

After selecting the right theme (step 1), the next step is to select the right Item (step 2).
In this case, the item is Result List.

Select any of the Item states to change the colours to your liking (step 3).
