Add a Description to a file
Can I add a description to a file? I would like to make some notes to remind me the contents of my books.

Everything 1.4 only indexes/searches filenames.
Consider including the description in the filename.
Everything 1.5 will support tags.
However, you currently need a third party program to set the tag.

With Everything 1.5 I index NTFS ADS tags and comments.
I use Total Commander and XYPlorer to set and delete such tags or comments.
Using Everything search integration its fast to search for such files in both file managers.
