Please make the following dialogs resizable

Feature request — Please make these dialogs resizable:

Add Custom Path: I have a lot of folders on network shares whose path names are too long to fit into this this dialog. Making this dialog resizable would enable me to make this dialog the full width of my screen, and thus see the path names in their entirety.

Add Remote Everything Index: Same reason as Add Custom Path

Everything 1.5.0.1301a adds resizable 'add custom path' dialog.

I also fixed an issue with the size creeping on the add bookmark/filter dialogs.



Resizable 'add remote Everything index' is still on my TODO list.
