Filter back to 'Everything'

I'm doing a search with the filter set to, for example, file either manually or with a bookmark.
If I then clear the search box or input another search is it possible to make the filters reset to 'Everything'? Currently it stays on the filter I set for the previous search.

Please try the Alt + Home shortcut or set a bookmark shortcut to reset your search and filter.

double click the filter text in the status bar to clear the active filter.
