Access Metadata?

I'm curious if it's in the planning to have Everything access and return NTFS' metadata such as author, keywords, category, etc.?

I have plans to add support for limited file content searching.

You would be able to index metadata with this.

Want to vote in favor of metadata indexing ... much better than a system like Taggtool which maintains a separate database of tags ... since the metadata follows the file even with renames, etc.

Any idea of a schedule for doing this?

how does your development proceed in this direction? If one thing could boost the use of Everything A LOT, it was content indexing - which surely will bloat the whole tool to something you never wanted, I guess. But this is what I'm missing too bad on Windows: a truly fast and comfortable content search like Spotlight on Mac OS X...

Maybe it was a start to (optionally) index user selected plain text file types like *.txt, *.html, *.js and so on?
