## escription
The new version removed the sort option **Sort by last opened time**. Currently the list can only be sorted by run count.
Current behavior: If an item has been launched 100 times, any newly opened file will stay below it, even though I just launched it. Newly accessed items cannot move to the top of the list.
## Expected behavior
Add back the option **Sort by last opened time**:
1. Primary sort key: `lastOpenTime` descending. The most recently launched item appears at the top.
2. Fallback rules: If `lastOpenTime` is identical, sort by creation time descending. Use unique item ID as final tiebreaker to keep stable ordering.
3. Run count: Keep counting and display it on UI, **but run count should NOT affect sorting**.
4. Trigger logic: Every time an item is launched, refresh its `lastOpenTime` to current timestamp, and reorder the list.
## Use case
I often open temporary or rarely-used files/folders. I want recently used items to stay on top for quick re-access, instead of being permanently pushed down by old high-frequency entries.
## Additional note
The database still stores the `lastOpenTime` field. No new data column is required; only a UI sort selector and corresponding sorting logic are needed.
