Is there any way to search for XLSX files containing paths (links).
I tried binary-content:
.xlsx
\[
but no result.

Binary content will not be useful here.
XLSX files are compressed.
Everything searches xlsx file content with system iFilters.
Use the content: search function to search xlsx file content.
Not sure if this will be able to find specific links, but you can search the link text, eg:
