is there a way or a plugin to index text in photos and pictures ??
the attachment is an example..
if everything can't do this task.
is there any recommended app to help index and search text hard coded in the photos.

There's no native option to do Optical Character Recognition (OCR) from images in Everything (or with plugins)
There might be a third party property handler that can do this for Windows Explorer (which would also work in Everything)
