The issue where the scan gets stuck when adding a shared drive folder to Everything
The specific issue: In my workplace, multiple computers are connected via an internal network. I added the shared folder paths of these computers in Everything's Tools > Options > Index > Folders to enable remote search for corresponding files. However, there’s one thing that troubles me a lot: when a remote computer is not powered on, Everything’s scan gets stuck for a long time, constantly trying to scan the folder of the unpowered computer. This prevents normal scanning of other powered-on computers, and it takes a long time to recover. How can I quickly skip offline machines? How to solve this problem? Please reply; thank you for your help.

Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> remote_rescan_timeout
Please try setting this to: 10000
(10 seconds)
The default is: 300000
(5 minutes)
