Is there a way to search for a phrase only in folders that match specific phrases?

For example I want to search this in the file name
birthday

It should search every drive on my PC but only in folders that contains these phrases in the folder name
canada
usa

I am aware I could use the exact path of a folder to search but there are too many folders with those phrases to manually input.
