Duplicate Current Tab command for shortcutting

Currently you can right-click a tab and Duplicate it.

It would be extremely handy to have a "Duplicate Active Tab" command we can add a shortcut to. This would make it easy at the press of a key to "branch off" from anything and then close and you are back to the exact state you branched off from. I'm sure I would use it quite a lot.

I keep reading "Clone Tab" instead of "Close Tab". With the expected unexpected result...
Rewiring my brain is unsuccessful so far. A keyboard shortcut would hopefully bypass my shortcomings
