The filter name is used in the tab title by default, and is often wanted in it.
The filter name may be longish so it would be handy to for a filter setting a box where you can enter an abbreviate/mnemonic name that can be used and referred to in tight situations such as tab titles, as e.g. $filterabbr (which would use $filter if unentered), this would make tab titles much more functional.
Currently I have used [uppercase:[Left:$filter:,5]] but that is not nearly as good as being able to enter a custom mnemonic for the filter, some filter names start out the same way so appear the same with that.
(This would be different from having a unique ID that can be entered and kept the same for the purposes of command line calls not getting broken with filter name adjustments.)
