Should -read-only gray out Index, Update Indexes / Pause Updates?

As it is, they are ineffectual if -read-only.

I will disable the Update Indexes, Pause Indexes, Stop Indexing, Update Indexed Properties and Pause Property Indexing options when in readonly mode for the next update (1384+)

Everything 1.5.0.1384a disables the Update Indexes, Pause Indexes, Stop Indexing, Update Indexed Properties and Pause Property Indexing menu options when in readonly mode.
