Everything and MTP windows explorer showing dupes x 2

hello, I just encountered something really bizarre. I have a iphone 6 plugged into my PC and it's showing duplicate files with the same name inside the same folder. I thought that's not allowed in windows. if I see this directory under everything then the number of files is cut in half. What is going on here ? Even in iphone 6 it's showing the same number of files and each file has a duplicate with +1 minute.

Virtual folders can have duplicated names (Display Name)

For example, the recycle bin:
Create foo.txt on the Desktop.
Delete foo.txt
Create foo.txt on the Desktop.
Delete foo.txt

The recycle bin will now have two items called foo.txt



Everything doesn't allow duplicated names.
Only one will be shown.

oooo I see...virtual folders...that's why because my iphone 6 is plugged into PC so im assuming its connected by MTP protocol ? can everything display virtual folders ?

I'm trying to use Everything with my "Apple iPhone" folder for the first time. I'm using a temporary instance of 1.5.0.1384a and under Options | Indexes | Folders, I selected "This PC\Apple iPhone" and "Index Subfolders" is selected. But the only item Everything shows me in the results pane is just the "This PC\Apple iPhone" folder. Are there any other settings needed to get this to work?

Edit: Actually there's something else going on. Even though I was able to see files/folders earlier using Windows Explorer, I don't see them anymore there either.
