Everything Server not working

I set it up as per viewtopic.php?t=9794
The "Everything Client" service created and running. Why is it called "client" when it's described as a "server"?
But anyway, remote clients cannot connect unless the app is manually started/opened. So rebooting the host does not bring functionality back of the "server" unless I log in and open the app. So it's not really a "server" and this entire setup process accomplished nothing. What am I missing?

Please check your firewall settings.
-Please make sure Everything is allowed through your firewall.

Please login and check your Resource Monitor for listening ports by the Everything client service. (also shows the firewall status)
