C-drive not visible/evident in result screen (solved?)

I am puzzled by an apparent anomaly.

Over the past week i have been examining Everything.INI, so I know that it is on my C-drive; I have inspected the contents several times.
Yet when I search for the file, it shows up only on my data partition T: and on my backup drive Z:.

As usual I place my self in the position of having done something wrong; but what is it?

My so-called everything.ini is in truth C:\Users\cprgr\AppData\Roaming\Everything\Everything-1.5a.ini
