[ctrl + tab] blocks other [ctrl +] operations

Version 1.5.0.1383a (x64)
Windows 10.0.19045

I noticed this while trying to close tabs using [ctrl + w] after [ctrl + tab] without releasing [ctrl].

I will allow commands while in Ctrl + Tab in the next alpha update.

Everything 1.5.0.1384a will now allow commands while cycling tabs with Ctrl + Tab.
