Is there any setting for copy full path without quotes?

Everything Options > Keyboard > File | Copy Path to Clipboard
or
Everything Options > Keyboard > File | Copy Full Name to Clipboard

- Mark a line
- Menu "File" > Copy...

And of course you can assign a keyboard shortcut.
There is even something called, 'File | Copy Full Path'
