Start menu on top inconsistent options dialog position

I use start menu on top (win10), and i've noticed the options dialog opens up in a different spot every time i open options, it moves in Y space until it reaches the top, then it stops moving.
Similar behavior with start to the left (only now it moves in X space), but for some reason it works correct with start to the right or bottom.

Everything 1.5.0.1373a will now restore dialogs in the correct position when the taskbar is at the top or on the left.

Thanks a bunch! Only tried it briefly but it seems to work perfectly. Very impressed by this project, to accomplish all this by yourself, it's a very complete search tool, respect.
