Rename and lock tabs

Rename and lock tabs

It would be great to have an option
- to rename and lock tabs in Everything.
- to restore locked tabs when when we start app

Such a function is implemented in Total Commander file manager. And iIt is very useful.

I have put rename/lock tab on my TODO list.
