Some videos do not show thumbnail

Hello,

I have videos in the same folder and same source camera but some of them are showing thumbnails and some do not (attached image).

I tried to change the default viewer but it did not work

No, the same as Everything

and yes codec is different (although both were taken by the same mobile in 2 minutes gap ) and I think this is the reason.

(I think now the solution should be in Window level)

Install a package like the K-Lite Standard Codec Pack
and you have all video codecs.
