would been great if there was a simple Linux Server for AMD64, ARM, ARM64 that just index's files and output EFTP etc,
so i can just install it on my Linux NAS and connect to it (EFTP + SAMBA SHARE), that way i wont have any performance issue indexing over the network

yeah that too (linuxserver.io can probobly just make a simple container out of a binary)

In the meantime, there is another option available: create an EFU filelist server/NAS-sided and integrate that EFU file in Everything (MEnu:Tools > Options > Indexes > File Lists)
