Everything flooded with... Gears Tactics?

I have attached an image showing tons of folders called "AppData" in the directory: "c:\\gears_tactics\Arturs\AppData\gears_tactics\gears_tactics\gears_tactics". Arturs being the name of my user. I've checked and there is no gears tactics folder in c:\\ nevermind the later folders. I have never installed the game, gears tactics, however I do own Xbox Game Pass and have a few titles downloaded from that on my PC. It's probably windows being weird. So, can anyone help?

This can occur when the Everything.db is corrupt.
(database filled with zeroes)

Please try forcing a rebuild:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Indexes tab on the left.
• Click Force Rebuild.
• Click OK.

Does the issue persist?
