Show the contents of a folder excluding subfolders

Is such feature currently not implemented I can somehow do this
1.View=>Folders
2.Click on a folder and with some filter selected(that contains that searching method),it will display only the contents of that folder excluding the subfolders

infolder will do what I want but I have to type the directory path
