to get search results based on name not on folder

Hi,
my exemple: I have a file: myfile.txt what I am looking for.
I have a folder myfiles.
Now searching myfile gives all files in the folder myfiles, which does not make sense to me.
I looked in options - preferences but ...??
I fact I do not really know which keyword to use to find an answer to that.
In my old version these results does not appear!

So how can I make the settings that my search will give good results?

To limit your results to files only, include the following in your search:

file:

For example:

To limit your results to folders only, include the following in your search:

folder:
