Cancel index from Index menu as well

It's not immediately obvious that cancelling the indexing operation can be performed by right-clicking the progress bar. It may be more intuitive to add this as a context sensitive menu item under the main Index menu.

I have put on my TODO list: Show a Cancel menu item in the Index menu when building the initial index.

I am also considering a [x] close button next to the progress bar.
