Moving files to different directories
Can you somehow automatically make folders when moving files? My apologies if it was asked before

Re: Moving files to different directories
Select your files
Edit | Advanced -> Advanced Copy to Folder...
In the New Format: box, change the existing drive letter to your new wanted drive letter.
That should provide a mirror like copy to the new location.
Pay attention & be careful. Test first.

This is a nice facility, the only thing I don't like is that you have to type the path. I think it would be better with a dialogue box to search for destination.

No, I'm talking about the new full paths field

Re: Moving files to different directories
The browse for folder in the New Format allows you to find the base target
The rest is controlled by the replacement options in this dialog.
Why should I change the full path field,
thats normaly not needed and shows you the result of the replacement options and its variables.
It doesn't make sense if I follow your initial request.
