Do you mean Everything is not responding?

Please try terminating Everything, deleting your Everything.db and restarting Everything:

• From the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + ESC)
• Click the Details tab.
• Select Everything.exe
• Click End Task.
• Click End Task.
• In Windows Explorer (Win + E), navigate to:
  %LOCALAPPDATA%\Everything
• Delete your Everything.db
• Restart Everything
• If prompted with access denied, choose Install the Everything Service.

Please make sure Everything is installed correctly:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the General tab on the left.
• Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything
• Uncheck Run as administrator.
• Check Everything Service. (Please make sure this is tick-checked and not square-checked)
• Click OK.
• Exit Everything (right click the Everything tray icon and click Exit).
• Restart Everything.
