Can not see any files list after ETP/FTP connection is successful

Can not see any files list after ETP/FTP connection is successful

Hi ,

I have connected using ftp host Ip, username and password. Server is connected but I am getting 0 objects.
please suggest. I have HostIP/document/foldername on host for which ftp is on and is in passive mode but still can not see any files list after connection is successful.
