On my synced images to Nextcloud, i have this green circle marker with a V sign in it, that takes almost every part of the image.

Is it possible to make this smaller?

Is the checkmark coming from Everything or elsewhere?
If you view the files in Windows Explorer, does it too have the checkmarks?

Green check mark.
Means the file is stored on both your NAS & on your PC.
So is it your Synology software that is doing this?

To disable thumbnail overlay icons:

In Everything, type in the following search and press ENTER:
/thumbnail_overlay_icon=0
If successful, you should see thumbnail_overlay_icon=0 in the status bar for a few seconds.

Adjusting the size and position of thumbnail overlay icons is in development.
