How do I make 'sizedupe:' more precise?

How do I make 'sizedupe:' more precise?
Or what is the criteria for a detection with that option? Because it lists files that have no duplicates and I do not understand.

There are also posts (search) about exporting a sizedupe: list to a .efu, then opening that .efu & filtering based upon that...
