Constant USN Journal querying

I don't know the exact reason for it but every time I open the program it clears the first drive then gets stuck on 'Querying USN Change Journal on' then the second drive. I've attempted to do as another post said and clear it by checking and unchecking the 'Enable USN Journal' box in the NTFS area but the program freezes. Last time it was for over an hour. Neither updating nor reinstalling worked so I'm out of ideas.

What is displayed when you run fsutil usn queryjournal d:?

• From a command prompt, run:
  fsutil usn queryjournal d:
  where d: is your second drive.

The USN Journal could be under going deletion. If so, Everything will wait for the deletion process to complete.
If the deletion never completes, Everything will appear to have hung.

Please try checking the volume for errors:

• Please backup anything important on your drive before checking it for errors.
• In Windows Explorer, right click your drive and click Properties.
• Click the Tools tab.
• Click Check now...
• Click Start
• If prompted to schedule a scan on the next restart, click Yes.

Please try enabling debug logging, what is shown in your Everything Debug Log.txt after Everything is stuck "'Querying USN Change Journal"?
