a question about everything SDK for monitoring file

When a file is writen, I find that the timestamp from the list of everything software is changed simultaneously。

Based on the above，I want to know :

Can I use the "everything SDK" to monitor file changes? if yes,how to use the API to monitor file changes?

It should be available for the next version of Everything.
